How do I cancel/change my order?
I try my best to ship orders as quickly as we receive them. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are received.
Exchange or Store Credit
No Refunds Accepted.
Your satisfaction is of the utmost priority. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me right away at seaglassandsunsets@icloud.com to discuss. Store Credits are at my discretion. I do my best to photograph pieces and write descriptions to provide you with accurate details.
If a store credit is offered from a return, exchanges must be made within 10 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return mailing charges and must mail the order by USPS First Class Mail with tracking and in the exact packaging (box and plastic bag) as it was received to ensure the piece is not damaged while in transit.
Online purchases CANNOT be returned or exchanged in any retail locations.
In Store purchases CANNOT be returned or exchanged online. *please note each store that carries Sea Glass & Sunsets has their own return/exchange policy.
30 Day Sterling Silver Chain Guarantee
I will replace a damaged or broken chain up to 30 days from the date you receive it if the damage is on account of a manufacturing issue on our part. I have strict quality control in place and every piece is inspected to ensure the that only the highest quality items make it to you.
