FAQ

How do I place an order?

 

Placing an order is easy. Just click on the product category you wish to browse, select an item, add it to your cart and checkout.

 

Payment and Shipping

​

Ready to ship pieces reserve a 7 day time frame from the date of payment where they will be shipped - even though it is highly likely that your jewelry will be shipped within the 2-4 days after purchase.

Made-to-order pieces could take up to 5 weeks for fabrication and shipment from the date of payment.

 

All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail, allow 3-5 business days on top of processing time as stated above. You will receive an email with tracking info once your order is packaged and sent to the Post Office.

Please note Sea Glass & Sunsets is not responsible if your order is lost while in transit. Sea Glass & Sunsets will not be responsible to refund you if your order is lost in transit nor will they be responsible in replacing your order free of charge. Each piece is handmade using natural, one of a kind pieces of glass found on the beach. Each piece requires many hours of design time and materials.

Coupon/Promo Codes

Limited to 1 coupon/promo code per purchase.

Coupon, promo, sale codes cannot be combined.  

Mermaid Money can only be used once since each code is limited to a one time use, so please use the entire amount gifted to you or you will lose the remaining balance.

Promo Codes and Coupons CANNOT be used to purchase gift certificates. 

 

What is the status of my order?


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email along with a tracking number. The tracking number will let you see the progress of your order and estimated time of arrival. Please note that it may take 24 hours from the time your order is scanned by the carrier till you have updated information.

 

How do I cancel/change my order?


I try my best to ship orders as quickly as we receive them. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are received.

Returns & Refunds

No Refunds Accepted. 

Your satisfaction is of the utmost priority. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me right away at seaglassandsunsets@icloud.com to discuss. Refunds are at my discretion.I do my best to photograph pieces and write descriptions to provide you with accurate details.

If a store credit is offered from a return, exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return mailing charges and must mail the order by USPS First Class Mail and in the exact packaging (box and plastic bag) as it was received to ensure the piece is not damaged while in transit. 

Online purchases CANNOT be returned or exchanged in any retail locations.

In Store purchases CANNOT be returned or exchanged online. *please note each store that carries Sea Glass & Sunsets has their own return/exchange policy.

30 Day Sterling Silver Chain Guarantee

 

I will replace a damaged or broken chain up to 30 days from the date you receive it if the damage is on account of a manufacturing issue on our part. I have strict quality control in place and every piece is inspected to ensure the that only the highest quality items make it to you. 

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?


I'm happy to offer complimentary gift-wrap on all orders. Each order will arrive gift wrapped with a Thank You note or Special Occasion card if item is being sent as a gift to that special someone. 

 

Handle with care!

 

Your sea glass jewelry is, after all, made of glass.  It can and possibly will break if dropped on a hard surface.  Do not sleep with your sea glass jewelry on, it could damage it.

If you maintain your sea glass jewelry regularly, you will be able to show off your spectacular specimen of the Sea for a life time.

Sea Glass & Sunsets will not be responsible for broken or lost pieces of sea glass.
